Just bought an iPhone 4S 64gb White,it seems to have low volume and bad sound quality in music app.
I had a 3GS in the past which had great Volume and Sound quality
Is it the heaphones or the phone itself?

No solution till now and frankly i am sick n tired of my iphone and apple there are multiple issues with mine ,sms notification acting wierd sumtimes i hear multiple tones and sumtimes i m nt notified only ,in vibrate mode it doesnt vibrate seriously regret my decision to buy this brick.i have given up callin them coz cnt talk to a new person everyday wen they dont even have a soluton.i dnt wanna replace it with a refurbished one also coz mine is just a month old or two .guess ill get used to it.

i also gave my phone for replacement
they replaced it in jst 1 day
the problem is solved,the music is awesome.bass and volume are on a different level.i love it.
i suggest if you get a replacement,do it early so that even if any problems come.you will have almost 1 year to replace it again.
Congratulations !! Wat did u tel them ? N did they give u a new one or a refurbished one ? N if its refurbished is it like new one only ?
I restored iPhone aka formatted it
I went to the store.The lady said you don't have any songs(as i had formatted) and we have to test it first.
I told her i had spoken to the customer care(which i had) and they told me to replace.
I also told her that it is a problem with indian iPhone,and i am jst replacing it cause customer care told me to check otherwise i would be returning it or suing Apple if they didn't return.
She took it,told me it would come in 5 days.But it came next day only.I went and picked it up
It didn't come in a box but it came with up and down plastic seal as it is when you buy it new inside the box.It is perfectly new as far as external with a new serial number
Also do it early as Apple might update firmware,you won't be able to jailbreak it.
Also give me your gamecenter username if you are there

I had to sold my iPad and bought this one, i'm frm Bangalore and seems like iPhone 4s in India is nothing but a piece of brick..
Music volume is so low, i got sennheiser 280 pro and iPad, iTouch drive this baby like crazy..but this iPhone 4s 64GB i bought 20days ago is such a downer..
please suggest something to me...i need to sort this out cuz music is the only thing i bought this for.

Is freakin loud i have to decrease the volume

Y did u have to sell ur fone wen u gt the rt replacement..n wat is so special about 4s uk coz i have both frm india and from uk n there is no diffrence in them after i gt the indian one replaced..coz wats the point of buyn it frm uk wen the pricing is almost same n its nt even covered under warranty ..

I have a music volume problem with my iphone 4s,too. I have bought my iphone 4s from orange in France 5 months ago and I did not notice any big difference until I have tried to listen music on my friend's iphone 4s which she got from uk. Unfortunately there is a huge difference between two phones music quality. I will try to contact apple service but the problem is that I have bought it with one year contract from orange france.
Dou you have any suggestions to solve this problem. Thank you in advance for your help.
Keep on getting it replaced until unless u get the loud one thats wat i did.
Extremely sry for d late reply guys..... Sad thing I broke my 4s :( now I ve got new iPad (iPad 3) n d sound is still very low.... I ve. Found out d problem guys.... It's all with the regional volume limitter! U cannot modify them unless u jailbreak your device...
