Accessing iCloud

As I already mentioned below, you may find www.mail2web.com a better (simpler) option.

If I set my Atomic Web Browser ID to Safari Desktop, I can also connect to iCloud

That may be true, but since I paid $2 for the iCab program at the very least I thought it would be nice to see it do what I bought it for in the first place. Thanks for the suggestion, though. Right now my quest is to actually see for myself iCloud on my Pad . . .

As has been mentioned a couple of times, even if you can log in, it will be virtually unusable.

If "seeing" the iCloud website on your iPad is all you want to do, then go for it - but I thought your aim was to be able to actually "use" your email in your iPad via the web...

Ahh . . .got it. I had to clear all my history and cookies. Of course. Thanks all.
