Does anyone know when, or if, motospeak app is coming to iPhone?

Got a great Motorola hands free device. (Motorola roadster). It has a readable text feature that requires an app called motospeak. Doesn't look like its available for iPhone. Does anyone have any info on if it is coming, or if there is a different app that is compatible?
