Connected to Wireless Network, but can't connect to internet

My macbook stopped connecting to the internet out of the blue. I am still on the same wireless network as the other computers and can share files. However, all other devices still connect fine using the same network. I've gone through the deleting/ recreating the airport in System Preferences and even tried deleting the system configuration folder and restarting. No results. Any ideas?

In my research I found hundreds of cases of PeerGuardian being the sole cause of this exact same symptom. Uninstalling it was the only solution I found at all for this problem.

Is it listed in Sys Pref>Accounts>Login Items?
