Remote App and AppleTV 1st gen.

I loaded myiPhone with the Remote app. I can control iTUnes from my iPhone and play it over my AppletV. However, Ic annot conrol AppleTV with the Remote app on myiPhone. I canot get to the remote control pad. I used to be abel to do this but not now with the new verison. How cna I fix this?

MacBook Pro 15, Mac OS X (10.7.2), iPad, iPhone4, Time Capsule, AppleTV, G Drive

I have the same problem! In my iphone 4s it doesnt work the new remote app. In my app I have the same functions you have, but it doesn;t appear the control.

Maybe we need to download the old remote version, but I don't know how

I had to pair the app with my AppleTV again.. now it works.. pilot error! 😊
