Videos won't play on iPad

Weirdly, videos that used to play back correctly on my iPad now do not play back correctly. Its like the pause button has been touched.

This is on websites where they are correctly encoded for streaming on an iPad.

They used to work.

Now they preload and you can scrub through them. They just won't play back continuously..

These same videos play back perfectly on my iPhone.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
