Can't iMessage some people

iMessage may not always be available with every compatible device with iMessage registered and enabled on the device regardless if the device has full service via an available wi-fi network or when connected to the cellular network for internet access.

You can turn Send as SMS off with your account settings so a message will not be sent as an SMS/MMS when iMessage is not available for whatever reason.

I have the same problem!

I can only imessage my wife!! The other contacts with iphone it goes to the text message!

The thing is that I cant send them a text message either!! Says that is not possible to deliver the message!

But to others with no iphone I can text them with no problem.

I venture to say Rim's Blackberry Messenger service didn't and doesn't work 100% of the time for every Blackberry user. Their dedicated email delivery service for the Blackberry certainly doesn't. Rim will be out of business soon enough or purchased by another company that might be able salvage what will be left.

It may be that those people aren't set up properly, of they are out of contact with the servers.

Check if you have the contact number with this configuration +1 (0) 9***** if you have, just eliminate the prefix +1 (or other, depending of your country) and maintain the "zero" with out the () or eliminate the (0).

When I try to send an imessage it comes up with the name and a red exclamation sign. What is up.????
