I can't delete an album on my iPhone 4

yes it is plugged in. See on the right hand side where it says iphone then there is a little up arrow that for me means it's plugged in. I charge my phone in my computer multiple times a day. So I know that it's plugged in. So I'm not sure why I'm not seeing what I need to see.

Ok, I see the problem! In itunes click on View, which is next to file and edit at the top of the window. When you click on viw a dropdown box will appear. Click on "Show Sidbar" After you have done this you will see the sidebar on the left hand side of the screen with your device in it. Click on your device and then you should see the photoes tab on the right hand side of the itunes screen. Click on that and then follow the original post.

Yea Finally I have no idea why my phone had done that in the first place. It's fixed now. Still might have to delete photos, because I'm running out of room. But that I know how to do. so yea Thank you.

Just found the quickest way to delete albums on my iPhone 4 with iOS7...open Albums, tap Edit in the right upper corner and that'll give the option to delete what ever Album you like 🙂

I read all the posts from the original one and I'd say everybody who tried to help and gave us step by step guide were all very helpful. I was able to delete all those unwanted photo albums and so right this moment , I am in the process of updating Itunes and hopefully upgrade to IOS7..Thank you very much!! It took me several tries to see what works for me...The one that really worked for me was the one where you create a new folder , go to itunes, sync by clicking it to the new folder which is empty then sync...well, that was a little confusing but all I can say is this: read all the posts on this specific problem and I can guarantee you will find one that will work for you..Or a combination of all the steps that they posts here!

Finally after HOURS of research and going to apple store !!!! Also wondering, some albums I created from my camera roll are still listed under photo tab but their empty,can those be removed and or deleted ???? Thanks

I found by just unchecking the iClouds box under selected photos and then syncing the phone did it for me. No new empty folders needed.

I had to turn on photo syncing, with the 'selected folders' option, but with no folders selected, then sync. This then deleted the old folder that no longer existed on my computer. Then I just turned off photo syncing again.

Well, just sync and un sync a new photo folder that’s all. Problem is solved. please remember, if you need, keep a copy or backup of old album first. Enjoy!

i also have a problem with my photos, when i have atleast 200 or more photos taken a day and then i will be connecting it to the computer, i'll open my device and another album will appear, what ill do is that, i'll copy the photos from the album in my iphone to a new folder in my computer and then ill delete the album in my device, but after taking another picture , the album will again appear, and it seems that all the pictures taken will be saved on that album, how do i reset my albums ? im using an ios 7 for my iphone.thanks if you understand me
