What is the difference between the two softwares?

What Does Each have to offer?

I have OS X Lion, but I want to know about OS X Snow Leopard.  Is it a good idea to get OS X Snow Leopard if I already have OS X Lion?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Snow Leopard info, Lion info.   Also, you probably can't install Snow Leopard if you bought a mac that shipped with Lion, although there is a slim chance.

Irrelevant question. New machines that come with Lion cannot run Snow Leopard. As to feature difference ... Lion can access Cloud, SL cannot. Lion cannot run older (PPC) applications, SL can. Other features missing or present vary by personal taste.
