Which is better OS X Lion or OS X Snow Leopard?

What is the difference between the two softwares?

What Does Each have to offer?

I have OS X Lion, but I want to know about OS X Snow Leopard. Is it a good idea to get OS X Snow Leopard if I already have OS X Lion?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Irrelevant question.

New machines that come with Lion cannot run Snow Leopard.

As to feature difference ...

Lion can access Cloud, SL cannot.

Lion cannot run older (PPC) applications, SL can.

Other features missing or present vary by personal taste.

When you buy PC games for mac from the store, on the box it says you have to have snow leopard or later, or downloading a game from Steam, which also says you need snow leopard or higher, and I have lion, will that work on my pc that came with only lion?

Yes. You have Lion 10.7, and it says as long as you have at least Snow Leopard 10.6 it will work. In the future you may see things that say 10.4 or after etc. Als long as the number of your operating system is the same or higher, it will work.
