Good afternoon. I bought a MacBook Pro 13, all cool but the font is indistinct and blurry. On Windows, all was well and smoothly. Advise what to do? Thank you.

Many people who come to the Mac from Windows need a little time to get accustomed to the different rendering of fonts on the Mac — and most of them soon do get accustomed to it. You may benefit from changing the font used in your pages and/or from adjusting the font size. But you won't be able to render fonts in the Mac OS the same way Windows renders them.

The benefit you might get from changing fonts or font sizes is easier readability on the screen. You'll have to experiment to find out whether or not it helps.
If there are only four fonts that aren't satisfactory, avoid using those fonts. Use others instead. There are thousands to choose from.

The fonts are irrelevant for the smoothing. That is part of the OS, as you were already told. Mac does it differently than Windows for every font. OS X is full of Windows fonts already. But here is some info
