There is a beautiful galaxy as background in my new MB Air. Does somebody know if it is a real galaxy or which it is?

There is a beautiful galaxy as background in my new MB Air. Does somebody know if it is a real galaxy or which it is? It looks like a real one with new blue and old red stars. But is it a photo or just a created picture? Some astronomy interested may know?

Actually to correct myself, Apple didn't so much alter Andromeda itself, but made a few foreground stars and galaxies that are normally visible in our perspective of Andromeda, disappear through photo-editing.

I see that from some of the comments below the article, some feel that Apple's editing of our universe is more appealing. Yes, the popularity of Apple's so-called "Reality Distortion Field" is quite intact. 😉 LOL
