you can't unlock that phone. No US carriers unlock their iPhones.
That phone is useless to you. Sell it.
I assume it's locked to AT&T. AT&T is the only one that can unlock it and they won't under any circumstances.
It can't be legitimately done. That phone can ONLY be used with AT&T. As already stated, ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. AT&T will NOT do so under any circumstances.
Sell it and buy a phone in India instead.
