How do I delete tv shows under my ipad when connected to Itunes?

Under my ipad symbol on the left side of itunes and in tv shows area, it shows some old free TV shoes that I downloaded, watched and deleted. They all have the icon in front of them that looks like the icon when it is syncing but the shows are greyed out and I cannot click on them and delete them. I have downloaded the shows again and then deleted them but they still show up in itunes. I have also reinstalled itunes to see if that would help. No luck...any help would be great. Thanks.

Hello....I got the program that mischmi29 recommended but the latest update to itunes seemed to fix the shows that were the issue and they were gone before I could use it. It seems to me that the program should show the tv shows on the ipad when it is attached and you would delete those shows. Sorry, I can't say for sure as I didn't need to use it. Make sure you have the latest itunes and that you sync it with your ipad. Also, try some of the other suggestions that people posted if you haven't....maybe you will get lucky. Good luck.

I am having the exact same issue, I have download the iExplorer as you suggested but TBH I dont where to go from there. Could you please tell me in step-by-step guide to delete these shows?
