I cant delete my apps from my ipad2

I am not able to uninstall apps from my iPad 2. When I press and hold an app (one that I installed) all apps dont jiggle. However, I tried restarting and syncing but neither helped.

Have you set restrictions to prevent apps from being removed ? i.e. is Settings > General > Restrictions > Deleting Apps set 'off' ?

This is what people saying. But i dont have RESTRICTIONS in my general.

Its à new ipad2 whit ios5.0.1

I also restore my iPad to THE main settings but this THE Same.

So is there somebody how can tell me to delete apps from my ipad2

And not whit à pc on itunes
