Difference between Wifi+3G and Wifi only

Hello all

I just want to ask, whats the difference between the 2 ipad models (3g + wifi and wifi only). I know the main difference is the ability to use 3g internet. Is the 3g version coming with some other features, the wifi version doesn't have? Are there any physical differences between both ipads?

Haven't looked at the iPad 2 tech specs to see if this is still true, but the iPad 1 3G model also had a GPS chip onboard so you could get honest to goodness GPS with it.

Other than that, and all the radio stuff for 3G, they were the same.
