Hello! I have a 13 inch MacBook Air, 128GB (The 2011 model). I need some apps from Windows so I decide to install it with VirualBox, because it was free!
Now I use Windows 7 Ultimate (32x) on my mac and it is working good, but the Aero isn't working at all!
What to do?

I've not tried installing Windows in VirtualBox but I know it's graphic support is very limited compared to Parallels Desktop and VMWare. Since Aero is graphics intensive, that's probably why it isn't supported.
I don't thing Aero will be supported on the integrated graphics chipset in the Air, but you can try asking in the VirtualBox forum and see if someone there knows of a way to get it working:

I can confirm that the graphics chipset itself in the 2011 MBA does indeed support Aero running Windows 7 under Fusion. My installation exhibits Aero's features well enough. So it is most probably just a Virtual Box issue.
