How do I reset my ipad to brand new?

my sister gave me her iPad 2 (no 3G) For me to use and I've been trying ti reset it so it looks as if it is completely mine. However, although I do all the Reset all contents and Setting from the Setting section, when I plug it to my computer it says the iPad has already been sync once. I want it to star from scratch, as if it has never been used before. How do I do that? What I need is for the iPad to ask for registration and not show that message I mentioned before. Thanks in advance!

Thanks! However, I'm a newbie and am not sure which is the Summary tab. When I plug the iPad, the iTunes says "Configure your iPad" with the Message I wrote in my previos post "this computer has been previously sync with an iPad or another iOS device" and asks me to select whether I want to Configure as new iPad or Restore from the Back up copy of iPad (in one of the first attempts I made of resetting the iPad the iTunes sync with the devine and I guess it madre a back up copy). What should I do now? Thanks again!

Thanks again! But when I do that it asks me to Configure my iPad. If I want to reset it to delete any configuration, will this work? I was thinking about selling this iPad to a friend and getting the 3G one and I want this one as if it was just taken out of the store. That Message from my iTunes is related to my computer or will it appear in any computer where this iPad is plugged?
