Can't buy apps in App Store?

I upgraded to Snow Leopard and now have the App Store. I was trying to buy Lion, but it wouldn't work. Then I tried "buying" a free app, but the same thing. When I click INSTALL I get the dotted circle up on the gray toolbar but nothing happens at all. I am signed into my account which is all in order. I don't have trouble buying music, etc. in iTunes. Just can't buy anything from App Store. I just downloaded the 10.6.8 Combo & restarted but still nothing.

I did it. Now, in the bar below there is a Question Mark for the App Store (not the A logo) and it won't open.

After install it told me that to use DRM Mapper I had to install Rosetta which I did and it was done successfully. (Whatever that means?) It did that the last time too but I don't think I installed it. However the A wasn't missing last time on the bottom.

Before you upgrade to Lion you need to know that you can't run PowerPC apps on v10.7. Which means you can't use Rosetta.

Drag the ? off the Dock straight up.. it should go poof...

Now to the Applications folder and try launching the App Store from there.

DRM Mapper... might be incompatible with using the App Store.
