There isn't an option on the iPhone to determine the number of rings before going to voicemail. This is set by your carrier so I would call them.

Search the web a bit and you may find there is an automated menu number to call for things like that. Here in the USA, AT&T has a system like that, where you can dial in and change the number of rings before voicemail kicks in by usning touch tone key entries to respond to the menu prompts.

To set the time before going to voicemail on O2 here in the uk you enter this on the phones keypad:-

**61*901*11*NN# Send

Where NN is the time in seconds before going to voicemail in multiples of 5

Ie I entered **61*901*11*30# Send

My phone went to voicemail after 30 seconds which is double what it used to be before.
