How can I print eBay shipping labels on my IPad 2 without using AirPrint?

I have downloaded an app called PrintCentral that allows me to print most things from my ipad2 without using apple AirPrint, but it will not let me print eBay shipping labels even if I access eBay from the web browser within the print app. If I try to print a label from paypal it says it has been sent to my printer but it never actually prints. Has anyone been able to do this using this or another app other than AirPrint? Also, ideally I would like to print my Ebay shipping labels directly from Ebay (using my IPad), not Paypal.
