My Macbook Pro has been with me for 11 months now. I haven't had any problems before. About a week ago,on my desktop screen, a message popped out but suddenly goes off in a second so I wasn't able to read what it was. It does that until now. I tried and tried to take a glimpse of it but it goes off too quick.
Is there any way of finding what that message is all about?

I have this problem also. I've followed the instructions on Facebooks website to uninstall the files from Library/Internet Add ons and then also the App Support files...but thing is, I don't have Facebook in there! Confusing and so annoying since when it pops up it stops me typing :-(
What did work for me is to run the command (in terminal):
launchctl remove com.facebook.videochat.(username).updater
where you change (username) to your username, check the console log to find out what it is (you can find it in the facebook videochat error message.
If you run
launchctl list
you will see a list of all the system crontab jobs currently loaded. You can explain that as a list of small programs that run at different time intervals to perform work on your system.

I have the same problem. I tryed to remove the facebook.videochat by typing launchctl remove and it went away but when i reeboothed my computer is there again. It dosent apear when i put the computer to sleep. Any other ideas about what i could try next?
