how do get itunes helper enabled on my pc

Hi , I seem to have unabled ituneshelper on my PC , which as stopped itunes automatically starting when I connect my ipod touch 4th gen. How can I enabled it again .

iPod touch, iOS 5

This procedure may involve a restart of the PC.

In your Start menu search field, type MSCONFIG and open the MSCONFIG that comes up. In the Startup tab in MSCONFIG, make sure there's a tick next to iTunes:

... and click OK.
