How To Disable Music Controls and Camera Icon On Lock Screen?

Good Afternoon / Evening -

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS5.

I would like to disable the Music Controls and Camera icon that appear on the lock screen. Is there a way to do this? I believe this new functionality is causing battery issus with my iPhone 4.

Any advice / information is appreciated!

Going to settings, Control Center, turn access on lock screen off. Restart your phone.

I Opened the control center and turned the wifi off then back on and it turned off the music! Yaaa!
