When i try to play a quick time video on my ipad it keeps loading and do not start
Try a reset. Press & hold the Power and Home buttons together for 10+ seconds, ignoring the red power-off slider, until you see the Apple logo. It is safe to do, there should be no content loss. It is the same as rebooting your computer.
I am sorry but That is not THE solution, it still does not work.
QuickTime can export in several formats that do not work on the iPad. Do you have this video on your computer? If so, locate it, right-click on it, and select Get Info. What is the file format?
It is à .wmv file, Windows Media audio/videofile
The iPad can't play .wmv files. You'll need to convert it to another format, or find an App that plays them. VLC used to do that, but I think it was removed from the App Store.
