Arabic QUERTY Keyboard

I am using the Arabic QUERTY keyboard, and have found alif hamza, but I am struggling with finding how to render fatHA, dhamma, kasra, sukuun, &c.

Can any kind person help ?

You should be able to type everything directly in TextEdit without bothering with Word at all.

Ignore that, I am trying out Nisus, and it provides tables that one can sort, and that have no limit on the number of rows. It seems excellent.

If I were doing your kind of project designed for personal use, I'd probably use a spreadsheet instead of a word processor.

Would that work for me ? My spreadsheet software is AppleWorks, and it seems not to like the Arabic script.
