Is there a handbook for iBooks Author?

I haven't seen any sign of a handbook yet, but there is the Help that comes with the app plus Apple is issuing various articles:

Not sure if you'll know this has been sent, but I checked out your current edition's (released Jan 2013) sample in the bookstore--it says it's for iBA 2.0, but the page showing the Templates window (fig 2.1 in the sample) displays only 6 templates. The 2.0 Template window has about 15--the "6" window was version 1 of iBA.

Has figure 2.1 simply not been updated? Or does the first page of Ch 2 have a typo in the second paragraph where "for iBooks Author version 2.0" is supposed to be "for iBooks version 2.0"?
