Microphone on the Iphone keyboard "can U help'

I am looking for a keyboard with a microphone on it as the android keyboards have one them. I have searched the app store for this type of keyboard but not found something like it yet. I recently switched to the iphone from the android platform. I have included a picture " if I attached it correctly" to show what I'm needing. I've used this feature for quick texting and email purposes. I have vlingo which I also had on my android but this "mic" button on the keyboard is very helpful for me to use. Does anyone know where I can get it for the iphone if there is such a thing avail for the iphone. If its avail please let me know the app name....Thanks
