None of the methods proposed: using info menu to change file type, dragging to pages icon, etc. allow conversion of my Appleworks 6 files to Pages 09 since I upgraded to Lion. Message always is "not word processing files." What am I not getting?

Sorry: I misinterpreted your question about SL client vs. SLS as an interest in obtaining it.
It is Ok, I didn't know that SL Server only was for the amercan market.
It does not make any sense. That is why I have trans-shipped copies to Italy, the UK and Austrailia.
My Appleworks 6 .cwk do not open in Pages 09
