IPv6 Settings in AirPort Utility 6.0. Where are they?

I can't find them anymore. Is anybody more lucky?

Now that RAs can include DNS servers and search domains, there is little reason to need DHCP at the host. When dealing with CableModems, these devices are not routers and are not well suited for issuing RAs. When dealing with Modems, it seems DHCP still has a role.
