How to remotely access Time Capsule using iCloud and firmware 7.6.1?

I have just applied the new Time Capsule 7.6.1 firmware that supposedly enables remote access to the drive via iCloud. However, how precise would this work?

I have read several other threads here and elsewhere but they either explain how to do this using MobileMe or DynDNS.

How precisely does iCloud now translate my internal IP to an external one and where do I access my drive in OSX when on the road?

MacBook Pro 15, Mac OS X (10.7.1)

Bob is correct if you are doing normal port forwarding.

But if you use BTMM/ iCloud, you do not need to check "share disk over WAN" for remote access.

There is no encryption of connect to TimeCapsule disk over internet? If not it's unusable for me ...

Saqib- Thanks for your input. I want to see what other ATC users say about there setup. So, you are NOT using iCloud to access your ATC? Can you use iCloud to access ATC from outside or not?

I would like to avoid the payment for dyndns or fix IP address. Is there any solution for checking my cameras from distance?
