Be careful, you cannot restore back to the iPhone, (as some companies claim), but You CAN recover back to your PC/Laptop/MAC. Read ALL specs carefully and check their REVIEWS before anything else.

The only one I have used is this guide: How to recover lost data from iPhone 4S. I’ve seen with some other companies, which even fake their own Reviews, to appear trustworthy. It's dirty business.

However, with some good research, you should be able to get your stuff back.

There is no worry now if we lost data. And there are mainly two ways to recover lost data from iphone 4s after accidental restore.Below are the steps about how it work.

Guide 1: Directly Recover from iPhone 4S

Step 1 Connect your iDevice to the computer

Step 2 Scan your iOS device for lost data

Step 3 Preview and recover your data selectively

Guide 2: Recover Previous Data from iTunes Backup from iPhone 4S

Step 1 Choose your Device and Select the Recovery Mode

Step 2 Scan the Backup File of your Device

Step 3 Preview and Recover Lost Data

If you want to recover from iTunes, provided that you have a backup inside iTunes.

yes, it is possible with iPhone data recovery program.

Even from a factory restore? That's new to me.

It's theoretically possible with (expensive) forensic recovery software. For all practical purposes, that data is gone.

To recover lost data from iPhone without backup:
1) Select the device to scan
2) Enter the DFU mode and then scan your iPhone
* Hold your iPhone and click "Start".
* Press "Home" and "Power" button at the same time when you click "Start",and hold for 10 seconds. The program will count it for you.
* After 10 seconds passing, release "Power" and keep pressing "Home" for another 10 seconds.
3) Preview and recover deleted iPhone data

When you synchronize your iPhone with iTunes then it automatically create backup of all data. As you say that you deleted your backup by yourself, then it can not be recovered with any manual method. There are also some reason by which stored data is deleted or corrupted due to some problem like storage disk failure, system problem and many more.
So if your data is important for you and you really want to know how to recover data from iPhone and create backup of your iPhone easily.
