It's theoretically possible with (expensive) forensic recovery software. For all practical purposes, that data is gone.

The average person doesn't have forensic recovery software. Unless the user did backups or icloud backups some or most of the data would be unrecoverable... the only data that can be recovered are itunes purchases...

Be careful, you cannot restore back to the iPhone, (as some companies claim), but You CAN recover back to your PC/Laptop/MAC. Read ALL specs carefully and check their REVIEWS before anything else.

To recover lost data from iPhone without backup:
1) Select the device to scan
2) Enter the DFU mode and then scan your iPhone
* Hold your iPhone and click "Start".

When you synchronize your iPhone with iTunes then it automatically create backup of all data. As you say that you deleted your backup by yourself, then it can not be recovered with any manual method.
