If you can find her IP address then you can do it.

First, she must right click on her "my computer" and go to the "remote" tab to allow remote control. Or she can install a VNC client like "tightvnc".

Second, you can now go to finder and connect to server using "vnc://"her IP"/" or you can go to uSoft's website " http://www.microsoft.com/mac/ (under Quick Downloads on the right)" and install RDC.
