Im using a portal website for submisson of course work for a qualification Im doing, Using safari 5.1.3 with Lion and suddenly I am

gettign a message n the webpage:


You do not appear to have cookies enabled. This site requires cookies.

Adjust your security settings (Internet Options in IE) to allow cookies before trying to log in.


Checked settings and nothing has changed since yesterday!


Cant work out any way to get round this and need to get onto this website!


Help!

Adjust your security settings (Internet Options in IE) to allow cookies before trying to log in.


Those instructions are for Internet Explorer, the browser written by Microsoft, not for Apple / Safari.



You may be able to get around this.


Go to Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.


Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar


Now from your Safari menu bar top of your screen click Develop > User Agent


Try IE 9, 8, and 7.
