Updated to 10.7.3. Wifi drops constantly.

Updated this morning. Then it would not hold a wifi connection for more than 5 seconds at a time. Had to use Lion Recovery to install a Time Machine backup to 10.7.2. That took over two hours. After that wifi was semi-ok. Lion has always had a problem with wifi. I am very disappointed with how Apple has handled the Lion rollout. So many problems. I would suggest anyone having problems with wifi think twice before installing this update.

Enable dhcp related logging by pasting this in Terminal:

sudo ipconfig setverbose 1

Now after the issue occurs a couple times, find this file :

com.apple.IPConfiguration.bootp

in your /var/log folder and paste its contents here or upload it someplace and I can take a look at it to help.

Is your router configured correctly to give out DHCP leases ?

some of you are totally over complicating matters here. running all of these reports and such when it is completely obvious Apple dropped the ball on this one big time.

i installed the combo update after reading reviews that it resolved the CUI problem, but now WIFI will not reconnect after waking from sleep. It must be manually reconnected. This is stupid. It's a bug. I don't know what the deal is, but if Steve Jobs were still around, somebody would be fired.
