can the usb power adapter for an Iphone 4 be infected with a virus, this is because i plug another iphone to my wall charger, but it seems that this iphone had jailbreak.

No, you can't get a virus that way. A USB wall adapter does not transmit data or anything of that sort. It just powers your iPhone via the USB cable. I understand that seems confusing because it's a USB cable but there's a big difference interacting with a wall outlet versus a full PC.


The only way you would get a virus is if it got in your e-mail or if you used an app like Bump to send data wirelessly. iOS, while not 100% immune to viruses, it is basically impossible to have a virus on your iPhone unless you really tried.


I'd remove the jailbreak off your aunt's phone. It could brick the device and make it unusable.
