The virus would be in the phone and not through a power outlet...
I'm not quite sure what you're getting at. The iPhone, which you plugged into a power outlet, stops working? If it's jailbroken, there isn't much we can do for you here.
Let me explain. My iPhone is not with jailbreak but the other iPhone (my aunt's) that i plugged seems it was. Now, i didnt plugged my iPhone 4 to that wall charger because i dont Now if there's a possibility that a virus can be transmitted
No, you can't get a virus that way. A USB wall adapter does not transmit data or anything of that sort. It just powers your iPhone via the USB cable. I understand that seems confusing because it's a USB cable but there's a big difference interacting with a wall outlet versus a full PC.
The only way you would get a virus is if it got in your e-mail or if you used an app like Bump to send data wirelessly. iOS, while not 100% immune to viruses, it is basically impossible to have a virus on your iPhone unless you really tried.
I'd remove the jailbreak off your aunt's phone. It could brick the device and make it unusable.
