Updated to 10.7.3 Quark tool bar icons have disappeared?

Updated to 10.7.3 now icon in Quark express 8 tool bar have disappeared? I have tried to turn tools off and on, restarted app and Mac. any ideas?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X 10.7.3

SOLUTION!!!!

Open Quarkxpress, go to preferences - Extension manager and select open on start. After restart quark the extension manager shows up. Klick on ok and the icons are back.

However the problem exists and Quark is trying to resolve it

I did that and it worked on the tool bar but not on my measurements palette. Any ideas for that?

What also worked is a permission repair and reboot. Quark claims they are looking into the issue by reading a tech's response in their forums.

I have also noticed graphic icons for JPG, GIF, etc.. are missing from Adobe Dreamweaver's site navigation window. Apple must be tinkering with the GUI packages in Lion which is causing all these problems.

Had same problem in Quark 8.5, looked for an answer online and found this for 9 so thought I'd try it and it worked, thanks very much!
