How did you delete the Recovery disk partition? You may need to reinstall Lion.

I have one more idea.

If you know someone that has a Macbook Pro similar to yours and they are running Lion and ndo have the recovery partition on there drive you could make a BOOT USB key that has the recovery HD on it on there computer. Then you should be able to boot to that USB stick and reinstall Lion. which will recreate the recover partition on you drive.

But you may need to delete those extra partitions you have on your internal drive first.

Go to apple's website, search and downloand the disc recovery assistant v1.0.

Once installed open the assistant and create a new recovery disc on a clean USB thumb drive (minimum 1GB required with no other files on it).

Back up everything you want to keep on your HD.

Now reformat your entire HD...

Then start from scratch using the bootable USB recovey disc you just created.

The Disc Recovery Assistant is what you need I think.

That's great except the OP Deleted his HDD Recovery HD partition. The Lion Recovery Disk Assistant only works if you have a Recovery HD partition on your drive. It needs that partition to create the Recovery HD thumb drive. It uses the files on that partition to create the thumb drive.

I deleted my Recovery partition Lion and I need it to repair my hard drive.
