Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Please help, I can not see my toolbar in iTunes, also when connecting my iPod, iPhon or iPad you can not transfer music to either one of them.

I have uploaded the music from a friend's iTunes, I can play it in my iTunes, but can not copy it from iPod to iTunes.
Held both Sleep and Home button in then the phone went off with the apple logo, when I put it on again it is still white? Tried now to take a picture of the white screen also, but when I mail it to myself the colour shows correct on my computer. Could it be some kind of colour setting? I did not sync I think I have clicked a button that said erased and sync.

White as total screen white or decolorised. Looks like it's a hardware issue. Has this phone been dropped into water?
You may need to bring it to Apple store Genius bar for a diagnostic, if it is still under warranty.
Found the problem Wiclee, had to disable the White and Black button under Settings, General, Accessibility. Mine was on and it must be off. Thanx so much for all your help. Now I will just have to fix my iPod then I am happy :-)
