Sure, no problem if you just have one cover art to add, but I often import a few collections at a time. The bottom line is that it's unacceptable for any modern software program to take more than 5 seconds to import a simple 20KB .jpg file. I spent 2 hours adding cover art to my collection last night, mainly because the "get album artwork" feature rarely works for video content, regardless of how well you catagorize the metadata. These are major issues that require simple fixes, yet Apple has chosen not to address them in the past 2 years. Could it be the fact we HAVE to use iTunes no matter how buggy it is? ..so what's the rush? The only part of iTunes that works flawlessly is the store ... that's the most important part right?
