I have a scooter that has a sterio with MP3 and speakers, can I use my iphone somehow to listen to the music??

If I understand correctly you want to connect your iPhone output to the mp3 input of you scooter. Does your scooter have an Input for a 3.5mm jack? If so, buy a cable like the one described at the following link and connect it to the headphone jack on you iPhone and the mp3 input jack on your scooter.
USB is usb dont work that Way if your mp3 setup have a minijack input or other audio input sources you Can use that
