Is panic.plist errors covered after warranty is up

My iPad is past it's original warranty and I don't have extended warranty. For the past few months my iPad has been shutting down, some times resetting other times haveing to hard reset it. I looked at the error report and have quite a few panic.plist errors which are supposedly hardware problems. Most people I have read with this problem just get there device replaced but I don't know if they will replace my iPad without the warranty.

iPad, iOS 5.0.1

If you are out of warrantee it isn't likely that the iPad will be replaced at no cost to you. Have you tried to restore your iPad?

If it's not working correctly now, then it will likely not work correctly in the future.

If yiu are having issues now, get it checked out while still under warranty.

and moreover, i cant afford a repair anytime soon.

If it's covered under warranty, it won't cost you anything.
