How do I change the time zone on safari?

I've recently added Safari to the roster of browsers I use. I really like the interface when checking my icloud e-mail and calendar. Its much cleaner than other email portals. So as I started using Safari more and more... I started printing with it. I noticed the time stamp is 5 hours behind. When using Firefox there's no issue. I also noticed on my calander view through icloud that reminders on the right hand side of the screen would say tomorrow instead of today couple hours before midnight. So I'm assuming that safari's time zone is wrong but haven't had any luck finding a setting to fix it. I did a check on the browser where the current date, time, and time zone pops up in its own little window and it was correct. So I'm completely lost and have spent a good amount of time searching the net for any info... with not that much luck.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
