Dropbox stops sync with Lion 10.7.3

Hi

I´m using dropbox for 2 years, with no problems, but last week I update my Lion to 10.7.3 and DropBox stop the sync to new files.

I do all the things that DropBox support sugest, but doesn´t work, any ideas or suggestions?

Best regards

Hi I solved my problem with this procedure:

1) I change all my stuff on Dropbox to a new folder. In my case, I named it Off Dropbox.

2) At www.dropbox.com I deleted all my stuff. It´s not so simple, It takes several delete actions.

3) In my Mac, I uninstalled my Dropbox following this link: https://www.dropbox.com/help/41

4) I deleted App in the Applications Folder and restarted my Mac.

5) I Downloaded the new dropbox app from dropbox.com and Installed it on my Mac again, using the default location.

6) Then I put back some files, when the syn was finished, I put then all my files back to the Dropbox folder.

It´s works fine for me.

Best regards

Yours

Thanks for the instructions Rodrigo, I proceded through them step by step with the additional thing of un-linking my iMac from my Dropbox account too, but unfortunately after I've re-installed Dropbox it still will not run, so I am unable to start uploading files again.

Yet when I check the Activity Monitor it show's that Dropbox is in fact using over 99% of CPU resources. User uploaded file

So further ideas would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Bert
