Do you mean Microsoft Office, or WordPerfect? If the latter, WordPerfect has not been available for the Mac for quite some time. I don't know that it's even still available for Windows, is it? So, basically, you don't. However, OpenOffice or NeoOffice should be able to open WordPerfect files, and they are free.

If you mean Microsoft Office, you can run that on your Mac, as long as you have a version newer than the 2004 version.

WordPerfect Office is a Windows program, on a Mac I would suggest Open Office as it will open WordPerfect files, Neo Office also should open them, haven't tried myself with Neo but the website states compatibility with WordPerfect.

Or you could install Windows on your Mac and use the Windows version of WordPerfect Office.

It is for Macs using PPC processors, so not up to date at all, even worse, not relevant anymore (unless you have a 6 year old Mac and need to run an ancient version of WordPerfect in the classic environment)

I think even I managed to work that out. I was merely illustrating to the OP what the necessary requirements are in order to accomplish the task.

So, yes it is relevant. The up-to-date-ness I was referring to was when that particular page had been updated. Indeed, scrolling to the bottom I discover that the pages were last modified 27 December 2011.

The last version of WordPerfect for the Mac runs very well on Intel Macs with all OS versions including Lion, using the Sheepshaver emulator. Does the version you have say it is compatible with 10.7?

It is relevant to thse people using PPC Macs who want to run Wordperfect Office, the OP is on Lion, so does not have a PPC Mac.

I think is relevent to poster that it will not work with Lion because is PPC program.
