Do you mean Microsoft Office, or WordPerfect? If the latter, WordPerfect has not been available for the Mac for quite some time. I don't know that it's even still available for Windows, is it? So, basically, you don't. However, OpenOffice or NeoOffice should be able to open WordPerfect files, and they are free.
If you mean Microsoft Office, you can run that on your Mac, as long as you have a version newer than the 2004 version.
WordPerfect Office is a Windows program, on a Mac I would suggest Open Office as it will open WordPerfect files, Neo Office also should open them, haven't tried myself with Neo but the website states compatibility with WordPerfect.
Or you could install Windows on your Mac and use the Windows version of WordPerfect Office.
Don't know how up to date this is:
http://www.columbia.edu/~em36/wpdos/macintosh.html
But it says, inter alia,
WordPerfect for the Macintosh (WPMac) was written for obsolete versions of the Macintosh operating system, but it works perfectly in Mac OS X ("OS Ten") on PowerPC (PPC) Macintosh machines such as the PowerBook, iBook, PowerMac, and PPC-based iMac and Mac Mini series running OS X versions up to and including 10.4 "Tiger" (but not 10.5 "Leopard" or later versions). Like all other programs written for older versions of the Mac OS, WPMac runs under OS X in a part of the operating system software that is called the Classic environment. (The Classic environment is available only on PowerPC-based machines running OS X up to and including version 10.4 "Tiger"; it is not available on Intel-based Macintosh machines, nor is it available on PowerPC-based machines running 10.5 "Leopard" or later versions.)

It is for Macs using PPC processors, so not up to date at all, even worse, not relevant anymore (unless you have a 6 year old Mac and need to run an ancient version of WordPerfect in the classic environment)
I think even I managed to work that out. I was merely illustrating to the OP what the necessary requirements are in order to accomplish the task.
So, yes it is relevant. The up-to-date-ness I was referring to was when that particular page had been updated. Indeed, scrolling to the bottom I discover that the pages were last modified 27 December 2011.
The last version of WordPerfect for the Mac runs very well on Intel Macs with all OS versions including Lion, using the Sheepshaver emulator. Complete and easy-to-use packages, plus a large number of utilities (including a Microsoft Word converter), are free at http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/wordperfectmac/.
Does the version you have say it is compatible with 10.7?
It is relevant to thse people using PPC Macs who want to run Wordperfect Office, the OP is on Lion, so does not have a PPC Mac.
I think is relevent to poster that it will not work with Lion because is PPC program.
