How do get Lion to show library in user/library
How do get Lion to show library in user/library I have tried -chflags nohidden ~/Library/ in terminal ,new command and it comes up No such file or directory

I too, like to have my library folder available. I just found the invisible user Library folder, selected (hightlighted) it and then selected "make alias." The library alias now shows in my user folder and functions the same as the real deal. No terminal monkey business, no sidebar—just in the place you expect it to be.
I hate this 'feature' so much. The library. Why wouldn't I want to see the library?
