Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
This is my 4th 4s in 32 days. All with the same problem. I cant send texts.
Apple have replaced the phone each time, they say there may be a bug but if i delete my apps of my computer it will be fine. So iv done that and here we are again.
My SIM card still work 100% in the old Iphone 4 so i know its not the sim its the phone.
I starting to have no faith in Apple.

There are no viruses on an un-jailbroken iPhone.
Have you contacted your carrier. It's entirely possible the problem is with your account provisioning.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore. Has any of that been tried?
It's possible the issue is with a specific app on the device interferring, a restore as new would confirm or deny that.
Also, as KiltedTim suggested, it could be a problem with the account on the carriers side.
On this hand set it did last 4 days unitl this problem came up.
I have done everything i can to get it fixed with out taking it to apple which you have to make an appointment 1 week in advanced in Australia.
I do believe it is a issue with an app i have. It was working fine untill i opened one of there apps, either Instragram or Instacam. These are my fav apps and i would still not like to get rid of them if possible.
I have deleted the apps of itunes and when i received this new handset i set it up as a whole new phone. But as i said above as new as i opened those apps 4 days later this happend right away.
I dont think it is a problem with the carrier.

Im doing another restore on the phone right now to see if it will do anything. I now had discovered that i cant make or receive calls as well as texts. But i can IMessage.
Sounds like it may be a carrier, account provisioning or SIM card issue.
Statisticaly, I have a hard time believing you've received 4 iPhones that can't text. 1 is unlikely, 2 is very remote... 4 would be practically impossible for any current phone manufacturer.
How do you get rid of a bug/Virus on my 4s. I cant send texts.
