Go to your user Library folder (hold down Alt/Option and click on the Go menu item in Finder). In that window, go Application Support/Logic/Project Templates and drag any template you want to delete to the trash.

Editing templates can only be done from within Logic, but since you seem to have made some already, you should know how to do that: just open them, make changes, then "Save as a Template..."

Hi there, when i select file-new in logic, down the left hand side i have project templates that i want to get rid of. so i went to the project templates folder and there is nothing in there so i cannot delete them. do you have an explantion for me?

Yes, I do have an explanation for you. The standard templates are now (since version 9.1.6) kept inside the Logic Pro package.

In that user folder you'll only find templates that you have created yourself. You haven't, so there are no templates there.

But you could delete them from the package, just rightclick Logic Pro (quit it first if it's running) and choose Show package contents... and the Project Templates folder should be inside the Resources folder. The Empty template cannot be deleted, luckily.
