My iMac keeps saying "Congratulations you won"
but I cannot find any ads or anything that would be playing that audio. Anyone have any idea what could be doing this and how I can stop it?

I recommend staying away from all AV software. They are useless IMO.
I use Sophos AV on all of my Macs and it has been useful in catching malicious email attachments. It doesn't hurt to use it and it could help, so I don't know why anyone would advise against it. The kind of message the OP reported is consistent with malware, so I still recommend he try it. The myth of Mac invulnerability is a lot more dangerous than well known AV software.
That same weird audio message started popping up for me this morning, and after following MatthewDJ's instructions to clear all the Flash content stored on my iMac, the sound stopped. So I think that's the solution!
Not sure why it didn't work for the original poster, but I can vouch for that technique as having fixed the problem for my own computer. Many thanks!!
Thanks, that's quite helpful.
By the way, some additional insight to add is that the sound just popped back for me this morning, but I tracked down the source site: it was a Flash ad on isohunt.com.

I used this website to clear the malware, that I downloaded accidentally. Time consuming, but I didn't want to download any program that can harm even more.
Just follow the steps on each browser you use, and you will be able to clean your files.
